The Management of our Company is involved in Engineering, Construction, Real estate and Asset/Portfolio Management.
Through natural business evolution, our company is presently involved in mass housing development of 750 housing units in the Wumba district of Abuja, FCT.
The CATHERINE BROOKS APARTMENTS' which are presently under development are of different configurations of 2 and 3 bedroom flats, including 3, 4, and 5 bedroom townhouses offered to the public at reasonable prices and flexible payment terms.
We work with various technical and financial partners including the FEDERAL MORTGAGE BANK OF NIGERIA in delivering value to the public.
Our overriding principle is engendering happiness through quality and affordable houses to the health benefits of our numerous customers.
